Explains some of the benefits of Mindfulness

If you are living with Chronic Pain

  • You are not alone

If you are experiencing daily pain, know that you are not alone

  • Your pain is real

The pain you are feeling is real and there may be more you can do about it

  • Mindfulness may help

Many people think they have to be "good" at meditation.
It is best to start with a beginner's mind.

What can we do about Chronic Pain?

One of the most straightforward approaches to recognizing the thoughts and emotions that can worsen our pain is a mindfulness practice.
