Q: How can Mindfulness help me at home and at work?

A: Mindfulness can help your brain distinguish the difference between true threat and perceived threat.

Watch the video below to learn more about how Mindfulness can help you respond more skillfully in your work and relationships

Why is this happening?

  • Humans are resilient

We repeatedly take on “one more thing” without showing signs of major stress.

When we are too adaptive, the stress can continue without us noticing until it's too late!

  • We ignore our inner life

With all that is going on outside of you, it is so easy to ignore what is going on inside of you.

This means we walk around unaware of the physical and mental toll stress can take.

What can we do about it?

Right now you have the power within your own body and mind to take control of your mental and physical health, all through practices that are safe, simple and scientifically validated.

Integrative medicine physician, Dr. Phaythoune Chothmounethinh explains some of the benefits of Mindfulness in the video below.
