LIVE Group Meditations

This weekly group space was created to build a community in support of your personal practice. It is loosely formatted and may include a short talk to “seed” the guided portion of the meditation and an opportunity to practice in silence for 3 to 4 minutes.

If you're new to the practice of meditation, and interested in learning more about what it entails you can enroll in one of our other offerings Cultivating Awareness: An Introduction to Mindfulness.
